Liverpool MEWP Hire / Hire information
Your Enquiry. Your Information.
How we use the details you choose to send and when an enquiry may be shared.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Information You Choose To Send
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected service and message. On the full form, you can also provide a phone contact if you want to. The website domain is included with the submission so that the request can be identified.
Please include only the information needed to describe the commercial hire requirement. Avoid sending sensitive personal information, payment details or private information about other people.
How Your Enquiry Is Used
Your details are used to review the request, discuss the task and respond about a possible hire. We ask for your agreement before sending the form, including agreement that the enquiry and contact details may be passed to a suitable local firm. The checkbox is not selected in advance.
If you do not agree to that sharing, do not submit the hire form. You can still read the equipment and hire information on this website. We do not use your enquiry as permission to send unrelated promotional messages.
Who May Receive The Information
Where your agreement has been given, a suitable local firm may receive the contact details and job description so it can respond to the enquiry. Ask for the firm’s identity and its own privacy information when it contacts you. Any subsequent hire contract is subject to the terms agreed with that firm.
Technical providers supporting the website and enquiry handling may process information needed to deliver those functions. Hosting systems may record technical request information, such as the time, requested page and IP address, for operation and security.
Keeping Information And Your Choices
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The precise retention period may depend on whether the enquiry becomes a hire contract and which firm handles it.
You can ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion where applicable. You can also withdraw your agreement to future sharing. Use the contact form with “Privacy request” at the start of the message, or raise the request directly with the firm that responded to you.
For a privacy-only request, you may leave the sharing checkbox unticked and select “Privacy request” in the service field. Withdrawing agreement does not undo processing already lawfully carried out. Rights can depend on the circumstances, and you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns about personal information.
Cookies, Fonts And External Links
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code. Google Fonts is used for typography, so your browser requests font files from Google and sends the technical information needed for that request. No form content is sent as part of loading those fonts.
Links to HSE, councils and other reference websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Future changes to enquiry handling or tracking should be reflected in this notice.
